All the bookings have to pass to the organizers in a writing form. The organizers (Zanzi Promotion) alone will confirm the decision of exhibition companies’ stands, stands cost, stand sharing, and location as well as exhibition products. Invoices must be paid with a 30% deposit right at booking dates & stand selection. The additional 70% must be paid at latest by May 31, 2019 and full advance payments (at booking date) receive a 10% discount if booked and paid before July 1st. Please note that late stand payment will cause inconvenience and lead the exhibitor to be excluded to participate. If first payment reminder is not successful, no refund or reimbursements for any payment or services will possible.

All Standard Tourism Stands will include full set up & turn down, stand wall system, fascia board sticker, 2 lights, electricity, 1 table and 2 chairs. Carpets are not included in any stand and must be booked separately. Tourism & Art & Craft tents include fascia board sticker, 1 table and 2 chairs only; all other features must be booked separately.

The electricity will be provided for free to all exhibitors.
