Booking Terms & Conditions for Zanzibar Tourism Show Stands:

Booking Process:

  • Stand bookings can be made online through the official Zanzibar Tourism Show website.
  • Upon receipt of the booking request, exhibitors will receive a confirmation email containing details of their stand reservation. Stand Allocation:
  • Stand allocations are made on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
  • The organizers reserve the right to allocate stands based on factors such as exhibitor category, product type, and floor plan layout.

Payment Terms:

  • Full payment for stand bookings must be made within the specified timeframe indicated in the invoice.
  • Failure to make payment by the deadline may result in the cancellation of the stand reservation. Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to the organizer.
  • Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event start date: 50% refund of stand booking fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event start date: No refund will be issued.

Stand Specifications:

  • Stand dimensions and specifications will be provided to exhibitors upon confirmation of booking.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for adhering to the allocated stand size and layout as specified by the organizers.
  • Any modifications to stand structures or decorations must be approved by the organizing committee in advance. Exhibitor Responsibilities:
  • Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their stands following the provided guidelines and within the designated timeframe.
  • Exhibitors must ensure that their stands comply with safety regulations and do not obstruct access or visibility for other exhibitors or attendees.

Liability:

  • The organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by exhibitors or their representatives during the event.
  • Exhibitors are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their stands, products, and personnel. Code of Conduct:
  • Exhibitors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and adhere to the event’s code of conduct.
  • Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the organizers may result in the expulsion of the exhibitor from the event without a refund.
  • By indemnify the Zanzibar Tourism Show organizers against any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the event.

Force Majeure:

  • The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events beyond their control.

By booking a stand at the Zanzibar Tourism Show, exhibitors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the above terms and conditions.
